Key Steel
All our key steel material conforms to the British Standard for metric, BS4235 pt1 and Imperial, BS46 pt1. We hold an extensive stock range at our 8000 sq ft warehouse in Sheffield, which we despatch all over the UK and beyond.
Over 100 size options are available in 12"/305mm, 1000mm with and dressed ends.
Also available in 3 metre bars and we can also supply cut lengths to suit multiples or special section and length can be machined to suit.
Key Steel is a bright drawn mid carbon steel (BS970 EN8D/080A42) to specific tolerance and tensile range.
